The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
If you set your goals ridiculously high and it's a failure, you will fail above everyone else's success.
You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us. And the world will live as one.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Noted Catholic wood engraver, illustrator, artist, and social critic, Hagreen studied as a painter in Cornwall and London. After trying a number of trades he discovered wood engraving, and became, in 1920, a founding member of the Society of Wood Engravers, and a member of the Guild of St. Joseph and St. Dominic, which was founded by Eric Gill and H. Pepler. Hagreen was also a pithy writer, and contributed regularly to The Cross and the Plough, the journal of the English Catholic Land Movement.
