Cecil Chesterton was a journalist and editor perhaps best known as the younger brother of G. K. Chesterton. In 1911 he became assistant editor on Belloc weekly, The Eye-Witness. When it folded in 1912, he bought the paper and renamed it the New Witness, which he edited until he went off to war.
