John Michael Botean is Bishop of the Romanian Eparchy of St. George the Martyr in Canton, Ohio. He was ordained a priest in 1986 and consecrated a bishop in 1996. Bishop Botean is Episcopal co-sponsor of the American section of the Society of St. John Chrysostom
