Scott Ritter (1870 - 1917)
Scott Ritter is a former chief UN weapons inspector. He resigned in 1998, charging that the United States was purposefully obstructing completion of the UNSCOM mission there. He has a B.A. in Soviet history and is a former Marine Corps intelligence officer and author of several books.
